Section I: Ownership and Management

The Trophy belongs to THE HUNG JURORS LLC (League Leadership Council), managed by founders Misba, Garrett, and Cesar. THE HUNG JURORS LLC retains all possession and ownership rights to the trophy.

Section II: Temporary Possession by Winner

The reigning champion of the fantasy league may hold temporary possession of the trophy for the duration of the fantasy season until the end of the season when a new champion is determined.

The trophy must be returned to THE HUNG JURORS LLC at the end of the fantasy season so that arrangements can be made to order and affix the new champion's name to the trophy.

Section III: Acquisition of The Trophy

The winner entitled to temporary possession is responsible for acquiring the trophy by one of the following means:

1. Picking it up if they live locally near Oklahoma City, where THE HUNG JURORS LLC is headquartered;
2. Arranging personal delivery with any of the managers the next time they are in Dallas, Austin, or Denver; or
3. Paying for shipping costs to ship and return the trophy from and back to THE HUNG JURORS LLC headquartered in Oklahoma City.

Section IV: Responsibility for Damages

The temporary possessor of the trophy assumes responsibility for any and all damages to the trophy while in their possession or during its transit. This includes the cost to replace the trophy (current value: $140) if unable to fix the damages. Alterations, including repairs, engravings, and adding plaques, shall be done exclusively by the LLC. The temporary possessor shall not make any alterations without the exclusive permission from the LLC.

Section V: Opt-Out Option

The reigning champion entitled to temporary possession may opt to not gain possession of the Trophy to eliminate liability or shipping costs. In this case, the Trophy will remain with THE HUNG JURORS LLC until the following season.
